Client Agreement, Waiver & Terms
By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below with Kathryn Spears Co (“Company”).

1. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility
You understand that participation in coaching, consulting, and neuro-somatic services is voluntary. You acknowledge that these services may involve emotional and/or physical risks, and you accept full responsibility for your own participation, health, and well-being throughout.

You affirm that you are participating on your own behalf and that you are physically and mentally able to take part. You have consulted a physician if necessary and understand that all practices, advice, and exercises are to be followed at your discretion.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of your participation, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Kathryn Spears Co, its team, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damages—whether caused by your own actions, those of others, or the Company.

You understand that:

The Company does not diagnose or treat any medical conditions.

No results are guaranteed.

All information shared is for educational and informational purposes only.

You are responsible for how you apply this work and any outcomes that result.

3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Kathryn Spears Co and related parties against any claims, costs, legal fees, or liabilities that may arise from your participation or use of services.

4. Deliverables
Your purchase includes the specific services, sessions, and/or materials described on the corresponding sales page or checkout. It is your responsibility to review those details before purchase. Any additional services outside of that scope may require a new agreement or fee.

Kathryn Spears Co reserves the right to adjust or update content delivery methods (live calls, on-demand access, community forums, etc.) as needed for quality or operational reasons.

5. Results Disclaimer
While we believe deeply in the power of this work, your results depend on many individual factors including your commitment, readiness, and personal circumstances. Kathryn Spears Co does not guarantee any specific outcomes or transformations. We provide tools and support, but your results are ultimately your responsibility.

6. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late arrivals (10+ minutes late) will result in a forfeited session.

All sales are final. There are no refunds once services have been purchased and/or delivered.

7. Medical Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:

Neuro-somatic practices and any nutritional, movement, or supplement suggestions are not medical advice.

Kathryn Spears Co is not a medical provider or registered healthcare professional.

You are responsible for discussing any changes to diet, exercise, or wellness routines with your physician.

8. Privacy & Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected is used solely to deliver and improve our services. We do not share or sell your personal information. We may use anonymized feedback or transformation stories in marketing materials (no identifiable details without consent).

9. Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of a medical emergency during participation in any in-person or virtual event, you consent to receive medical care deemed necessary and accept full financial responsibility for such treatment.

10. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.

11. Acceptance

You are voluntarily participating and accepting all terms, including the waiver of liability.

You are of legal age or have consent from a parent or guardian if under 18.
